Store pickup orders that are not collected on the reserved date are considered forfeited and will not be refunded.

For home delivery orders, unsuccessful delivery attempts will be subject to a redelivery fee. Delivery recipients must be contactable by phone at time of delivery.

Accommodation for order cancellation will be reviewed on a case by case basis. All sales are final within 48 hours of order fulfillment date.
